Therapy for Therapists
As therapists, it can be particularly challenging to find support for ourselves. Unfortunately, part of what can make this challenging is the stigma and shame associated with therapists seeking help. The truth is that all human beings need a support system, especially humans whose job is to support others through their most painful and unimaginable circumstances.
